Pre-Arrival
Information Levy 2010 – Dresden 26-30 July 2010
Dear Colleague,
here is some pre-arrival information for the
Lévy conference at Dresden.
The scientific programme is now available.
You will get the printed brochure with your
registration documents. The abstracts, posters and lists of participants will
be provided electronically (pdf-format) on a memory stick which is included in
your registration documents.
Conference Site, ground floor Foyer and
Registration:
The registration takes place in the groundfloor Foyer of the “Fritz Foerster
Bau” of TU Dresden. Below is a link to the campus map (the conference venue is no.
29 on the campus map, roughly in the centre of the map; the entrance is pretty
much there where the number is shown)

Here is the google earth description how to get
from the main station to the groundfloor Foyer (=conference venue,
registration).
Registration:
a) If you
attend both the summer school and the Levy conference you can already register
in Braunschweig. You will get a separate mailing from the Summer School
Organizers.
b) If you
attend only the Conference in Dresden, the registration desk in the ground
floor Foyer will be open on Sunday 25 July 2010 from 15:00 – 19:00, on Monday
26 July from 08:00 – 17:00 and then daily from 09:00 – 17:00.
c) If you
stay in the University Guest House you will be able to register already there
on Sunday 25 July from 16:00 – 19:00 at the reception.
Posters:
You can set up your posters on Sunday 25 July
2010 from 15:00 – 19:00 (in the groundfloor Foyer) or on Monday morning.
Posters are set up on a first-come first-serve basis. Please note that the
poster session is now on Monday afternoon in order to draw as much attention to
the poster displays as possible. The posters will stay on display during
the whole week. There will be no possibility to print out the posters at the
conference site.
